Lifeplan Gentle Iron has been specially formulated with iron bisglycinate, shown to be gentle on the stomach. Iron is involved in the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. It also contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Approximately two thirds of the iron in the body is found bound up to form the protein, haemoglobin. Haemoglobin is responsible for the red colour of red blood cells and its role is to transport fresh oxygen from lungs to the body's organs and tissues.

Brown Rice Flour, Iron (Ferrous Bisglycinate), Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Nu-Mag® Rice Concentrate (Organic Rice Extract, Organic Rice Hulls, Organic Gum Arabic, Organic Sunflower Oil).
Free from artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives
Directions for use:
Take one capsule a day with a drink.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
