RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase from Bright Vitality, however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us. Our straightforward policies and procedure for such eventualities are set out below.
If you change your mind
If you have changed your mind, and wish to return your order, you have 14 days from receipt of the order to notify us.
You must notify us of your wish to return the item(s) via email, and include your order number in the parcel
Items must be unused, unopened, in all the original packaging, with all manufacturer seals intact to qualify for a full refund. You cannot request to return your order once you have opened the product container or packaging, or if you have used the product.
Once you have notified us of your wish to return your order, please ensure it is well packaged, as we cannot take any responsibility for any items that are damaged or lost when being returned to us. Refunds will not be given for any item returned damaged.
We advise you to use a Recorded/Tracked service to return the item(s) and keep the proof of delivery. You would need this proof to pursue your own claim against the carrier used, if the item(s) were damaged on return, and the carrier was responsible.
Once the item(s) have been inspected, if they meet the above requirements a refund will be processed back to the original payment card/PayPal within 14 days of their receipt. The cost of the original postage fee will not be refunded.
All return postage costs will be paid by the buyer.
You have 30 days from receipt of the order to return the item(s) to us.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email or telephone as soon as possible.
If your order has already been shipped, then once the order is delivered to you, you may return the item(s) by following the return policy above
Wrong Item Received
We apologise if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Please contact us as soon as you receive the incorrect product, and we will arrange to send you the correct item. We will provide a pre-paid returns label and mailing bag, for you to return the incorrect item to us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, or is found to be faulty, please contact us by email or telephone within 14 days. If the item is damaged, and has been caused by the carrier, we will ask for photographic evidence to enable us to pursue a claim with the carrier.
