Hibiscus, apple, sweet blackberry leaves (14%), blackcurrant leaves, liquorice root, natural blackberry flavouring with other natural flavourings (5%), natural raspberry flavouring with other natural flavourings (5%), red poppy flowers

Preparation:

Use one tea bag per person, pour over freshly boiled water and infuse for 4-5 minutes
