Solgar Oceanic Silica 50 Vegetable Capsules

Solgar Oceanic Silica contains the essential mineral Silica, derived from the natural source red algae.

Silica is a mineral naturally occurring in the earth's crust and the second most available mineral in the world.

Oceanic Silica 25 mg provides 25 mg Elemental Silicon from powdered red algae, which is an oceanic source of trace minerals. Red algae is a type of seaweed which can be found in salt water.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) Vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Each vegetable capsules provides:      
Silica (from Red Alga Powder)  54 mg 
(Lithothamnium calcareum) providing 25 mg elemental silicon             

Bulking Agents: microcrystaline Cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose

Vegetable Capsule Shell (hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose)

Anti-caking agents: Silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate*

*Made from vegetable stearic acid
