Contains triturated (finely ground) tiny particles of selected cell salts , in easy to take, 'dissolve on the tongue' tablets.These unique FastMelt tablets include Biotin, a micro-nutrient that contributes to the maintenance of normal mucous membranes, such as sinus and nasal passages.

Dosage:

Adults: Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. 
Children: half adult dosage.

Do not exceed the recommended dose

12 tablets provide provide 9.25ug of Biotin (Vitamin H) (18.5% Reference Intake)
