Ingredients:

Sea Kelp Powder(Ascophyllum Nosodium), Bulking Agents (Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Flavouring (Aniseed Oil)

DOSAGE As a supplement, take two tablets daily, preferably with a little liquid before food.
