Solgar's Gentle Iron 20 mg contains Iron Bisglycinate, a well tolerated, non-constipating form of Iron.

Each vegetable capsule provides:                            

Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid,

maltodextrin

Iron (ferrous bisglycinate)* 20 mg

Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose             

Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate          

*A unique form of iron (ferrous bisglycinate) formulated for maximum absorption without gastrointestinal irritation or the constipating effects that often accompany iron supplementation.

FREE OF: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soya, Yeast, accompany iron supplementation. Preservatives, Sweeteners, Artificial Flavours or Colours

SUGGESTED USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
