DIRECTIONS FOR USE : As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner."    
    
Each tablet provides:    

Bulking Agents: Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate
Zinc (as bisglycinate+)    22 mg  

Cellulose Gum

Anti-caking Agents: Silicon Dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid.

This product is free of sugar, salt, corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and is formulated without the use of preservatives, flavours or colours of any kind
