DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner."    

Three (3) tablets provide:      
"Calcium (as carbonate, citrate, gluconate)"   1000 mg  
"Magnesium (as oxide, citrate, gluconate)"   400 mg   
Zinc (as gluconate)     15 mg  

"Tableted with these natural ingredients: vegetable cellulose, titanium dioxide, citric acid, magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable glycerin."
