Vitamin C 1000mg, Thiamin (B1) 39mg, Riboflavin (B2) 50mg, Niacin (B3) 50mg, Vitamin B6 41mg, Folacin (Folic Acid) 400µg, Vitamin B12 50µg, Biotin 0.05mg, Pantothenic Acid 50mg, Choline Bitartrate 50mg, Inositol 50mg, PABA 50mg.  

INGREDIENTS
Ascorbic Acid (with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Silicified Microcrystalline Cellulose, Calcium D-pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Riboflavin, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Mononitrate (with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Choline Bitartrate (with silica), Inositol, Para-aminobenzoic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Vitamin B12 (triturate in di-calcium phosphate), D-biotin (triturate in dicalcium phosphate), Peppermint Oil, Folic Acid.

DIRECTIONS
As a food supplement, take one tablet daily with a meal. Swallow with water.
