Obbekjaers Japanese Oil of Peppermint 10ml

10ml of the finest Japanese peppermint oil suitable for any aromatherapy applications. Can also be used to relieve the symptoms of aches, pains, cramps or stiff joints. Warms and soothes as it sinks into the affected area.

Instructions for use:

Internal : 1-2 drops in 1/2 glass of warm water, swallowed slowly.

External: 2-5 drops massaged gently into the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes.
