Power Health Selenium & Zinc 100 Tablets

Selenium and Zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair and nails, and to the normal function of the immune system. Selenium contributes to the normal thyroid function and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION
Each tablet contains on average 300mg of Yeast, 100μg Selenium (181%*) and 2.0mg Elemental Zinc (20%*) *Reference Intake.

INGREDIENTS
Yeast Powder, Selenium Yeast, Bulking Agents: (Di Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose), Zinc Oxide, Anti-caking Agent: (Magnesium Stearate).
May contain traces of Gluten.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Take one or two tablets a day. Recommended for adults and children over the age of 12. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
