Lifeplan Menopause Complete contains a variety of vitamins, minerals and botanical ingredients to help women approaching and going through the menopause.

Of the B vitamins, Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and along with Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid (B5), Magnesium and Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

The formulation is further enhanced with botanical ingredients and with Vitamin K which, along with Vitamin D, Magnesium and Zinc, contributes to maintenance of normal bones.
