Sulphur is found in many substances which occur naturally in the human body, including some amino acids and collagen. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) has traditionally been used as a natural source of sulphur.

Each tablet provides:
MSM (as methylsulfonylmethane) 1 g (1000 mg)*

Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegegable Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Vegetable Glycerin, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Carnauba Wax.

For best results, take with 500 mg of Solgar's Vitamin C.
