Power Health Potassium 200mg + Vitamin C - 100 Tablets 

Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, muscle function & maintenance of normal blood pressure.  Vitamin C is an antioxidant and contributes to normal collagen formation and the normal function of bones, teeth, cartilage, bones, skin and blood vessels.

Each tablet provides on average 200mg of Potassium and 50mg of Vitamin C, which is 83% of the EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Vitamin C has been added to Potassium 200 tablets for quicker absorption and assimilation.

Directions:

Take one to two tablets a day as a food supplement. Up to four may be taken after physical exercise.

Best not taken on an empty stomach
