Five (5) tablets provide:

Calcium (as citrate) 1000 mg

Magnesium (as oxide, citrate) 500 mg**

Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose,            

vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, Cellulose Gum, Colour: titanium dioxide             

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

As a food supplement for adults, five (5) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this product.
