These tablets provide sublingual Vitamin B12. This means the tablets are placed under the tongue for easy absorption. Vitamin B12 helps maintain normal energy production, contributing to normal red blood cell formation and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It plays a role in the normal functioning of both nervous and immune systems, as well as the process of cell division. In addition, Vitamin B12 helps to maintain a normal homocysteine metabolism and contributes to normal psychological function.
