Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Zinc Picolinate 21% Zinc, Vegetable Capsule Shell (HydroxyPropylMethylCellulose), Copper Gluconate, Lubricant (Magnesium Stearate), Copper Sulphate Pentahydrate. 

 

Directions for use: 
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water to ensure substance reached the stomach. Do not exceed the stated recommended amount
