CardiOat® High Strength Oat beta-glucan, a naturally occurring soluble fibre. One serving (4.5g) contains over 3g pf oat beta-glucan.

Instructions for use:
Sprinkle 1 heaped teaspoon (4.5g) of CardiOat® High Strength Oat beta-glucan on your breakfast cereal or meal. This serving provides 3g of oat beta-glucan, which helps to lower blood cholesterol*

Alerternatively, add to 200-250ml of milk or dairy alternative, fruit juice or smoothie, stirring well until thoroughly mixed, and drink immediately.
