Thyme Essential Oil was one of the earliest medicinal plants to be used in Western Medicine.
Thyme oil can be added to a carrier oil or base lotion to create a treatment for aching muscles and limbs as well as easing symptoms of respiratory problems, coughs and colds. It may also soothe problems associated with rheumatism.
You can burn or vaporise Thyme essential oil to help ease the symptoms of bronchitis, cough, colds, respiratory problems, sinusitis, mucus congestion and general aches and pains.
