Nelsons STRAINS Cream (Ruta Grav) 30g - for Strains & Sprains   

Nelsons Strains Cream can be used to relieve strained tendons and help ease sprains. A topical herbal remedy traditionally used in  the symptomatic treatment of strains and sprains.  

Directions . Massage gently into the affected area as required.  

ACTIVE INGREDIENT .  Ruta graveolens tincture 9% v/w.

OTHER INGREDIENTS . Purified water, White soft parafin, Cetearyl alcohol, PEG - 20 stearate, methyl-hydroxybenzoate, Honey, Propyl hydroxybenzoate.
