In the liver lecithin promotes the breakdown of fats (lipids) and acts as a fat emulsifier.

Usage. Take one or two capsules with each meal, or as directed by by a healthcare practioner.

Optima's Lecithin capsules may be taken in conjunction with a low fat, low cholesterol diet.

Ingredients. Soya Lecithin oil, gelatin, glycerin, soya bean oil.

Each capsule typically provides: Lecithin, Phosphatidyl choline, Phoshatidyl inositol, Choline, Inositol, Phosphorus.

Contains no: artificial colouring, flavours, gluten, starch, yeast or milk derivatives. No added salt or sugar.
