100g of Fresh Plant Tincture (extracted in alcohol 61% by volume) typically contains the tinctures of:
Solidago virgaurea                  69g
(Golden Rod)
Betula pendula                         18g
(Birch)
Ononis spinosa                         7g
(restharrow)
Equisetum arvense                    6g
(Horsetail)  

Directions for use:
10 to 15 drops three times daily in a little water.
