100g of Fresh Plant Tincture(extracted in alcohol 58% by volume) typically contains the tinctures of:
Passiflora incarnata              70g
Avena sativa                         30g
(Oats)  

Direction for use:
Adult: 20 drops twice daily, in a little water.
