Ingredients:
100g of Fresh Plant  Tincture (extracted in alcohol 48% by volume) typically contains the tinctures of:
Hedera helix (Ivy)                                 30g                        
Thymus vulgaris (Thyme)                      25g             
Pimpinella saxifraga (Pimpernel)            25g     
Marrubium vulgare (White Horehound) 10g 
Glycyrrhiza glabra (Sweet Root)           10g  

Directions for use:  
Adults:  15 drops 2 to 3 times daily in a little water.
Children (2 - 12 years): 1 drop per year of age 2 to 3 times daily in a little water.

This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
