"DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) softgel capsule daily taken prior to meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner."      

Each softgel capsule provides:      
Garlic Oil Macerate Concentrate      280 mg
"(2.4:1, equivalent to 672 mg of fresh garlic)"        

"Softgel shell: gelatin, glycerin. "
