Each tablet typically provides Boron (elemental) 3mg (being 1mg elemental Boron each from Boron Aspartate, Boron Citrate, Boron Glycinate) NOTE   This product is not suggested for children.

 

Directions for use : As a supplement for adults, take one tablet daily with food
