100g of Fresh Plant Tincture (extracted in alcohol 50% by volume) typically contains the tinctures of:
Avena sativa                             50g
(Oats)
Eleutherococcus senticosus      50g

Directions for use:
Adults : 20 drops in a little water twice daily.
