DIRECTIONS FOR USE: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to three (3) capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner."  

Each capsule provides:    
Chromium (as picolinate)    200 ug  

"In a natural base of: vegetable powdered cellulose, magnesium stearate. "      

Capsule shell: gelatin and water.
