Use Grapefruit seed extract to gargle or take a few drops in water or juice. Also use as a mouthwash, facial and nail cleanser, skin rinse and household cleanser. Ideal for travelling. Not for citrus allergy sufferers.

DIRECTIONS:   By Mouth : Take 4-12 drops in  a glass of water or juice betweeb meals, 1-3 times a day (children over 8 years, half dose) or as your health professional advises. Mouth rinse/gargle: 4-12 drops in a glass of water. Skin, facial or scalp care : 4-12 drops in a tablespoon of water or shampoo.  

CAUTION . Never use undiluted. If contact occurs, flush with water for 10 minutes. Irritation is temporary
