These tablets contain the natural substance Rutin, which is commonly found in  buckwheat.  Rutin is a bioflavonoid, which in nature is usually found in food sources which also contain Vitamin C.

Directions for use: As a supplement take two tablets daily, preferably with a little liquid.  

NOTE Not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breast feeding
