Nutritional Information. 2 tablets provide on average: Calcium 800mg, Magnesium 300mg, Zinc 10mg, Copper 1mg, Manganese 1.5mg, Selenium 50µg, Boron 0.6mg, Vitamin D (as D3 200iu) 5µg
Directions. Two tablets daily (or one tablet twice daily) before or with main meals, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Swallow without chewing.
