Kordel's Silica 2500 plus  tablets contain Horsetail Herb, (Equistum Arvense), an organic form of silica. The second most abundent element on Earth, Silica is a component of all connective tissue and cartilage and important for its strength and elasticity. Silica can also be helpful in promoting healthy hair, skin and nails. Of the available forms of Silica, absorbtion is better from the vegetable form than the in-organic type.  

Directions for use: As a food supplement for adults - one tablet daily, or as directed by a practioner
