Nutritional care during the Menopause   

Optimal nutrition is important during the menopause, whether or not you decide to take HRT. Menopace®  is an effective one-a-day supplement of 22 nutrients scientifically formulated for during and after your 'change of life'.

Hormone Balance . Essential co-factors for the synthesis of GLA (gamma linolenic acid), a precursor of the body's own hormone-like substances which help regulate changes in hormone balance.

Supple Skin. Vitamin C and supporting nutrients needed for the formation of collagen, the substance which helps kepp skin supple.

Heart Health . Natural Vitamin E to help maintain heart health, plus folic acid and B vitamins, associated with homocysteine levels, an important consideration after the menopause.

Bone Strength. Vitamin D plus Magnesium and trace minerals to help maintain strong bones.  

Directions. One tablet per day with or immediately after your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink

Vitamin A (2500iu) 750µg (94% RDA), Vitamin D (200iu) 5µg (100% RDA), Vitamin E (natural source) 30mg (300% RDA), Vitamin C 45mg (75% RDA), Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 10mg (714% RDA), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5mg (312% RDA), Niacin (Vitamin B3) 20mg (111% RDA), Vitamin B6 40mg (2000% RDA), Folacin (as Folic Acid) 500µg (250% RDA), Vitamin B12 9µg (900% RDA), Biotin 0.03mg (20% RDA), Pantothenic Acid 30mg (500% RDA), PABA 25mg, Iron 6mg (42% RDA), Magnesium 100mg (33% RDA), Zinc 15mg (100% RDA), Iodine 225µg (150% RDA), Manganese 2mg, Copper 1mg, Chromium GTF (chelated), Selenium 100µg, Bovon (soluble) 2mg, Soy Isoflavone extract 20mg (providing the active constituents: Diadzein 1.1mg, Glycetine 0.77mg, Genistein 0.33mg).   

Menopace®  contains dietary levels of standardised soy isoflavones commonly taken by women during the menopace.  

Menopace®  can be taken alongside or independently of Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT). it can be continued after the menopause for as long as required.
