Natures Aid Saw Palmeto Complex is specially formulated for the maintenance of healthy urinary function in men aged 40 years plus. 320mg of Saw Palmetto Concentrated Extract equivalent to approximately 3200mg of dried berries standardised to provide 45% fatty acids, 72mg of Nettle Root Extract equivalent to 1000mg of dried root standardised  to provide 0.8% sterols  

Recommended Usage Rate .  1-2 tablets per day with food
