Valerian 25 Tablets
Valerian is a tall, sturdy riverside herb producing pink flowers in June. Its roots are harvested in September to provide the valerian extract.
Instructions for use

Do not chew, but swallow whole, 1-2 tablets with a little cold liquid in the evening before going to bed
Active Ingredients.
Each tablet contains 300mg dried, concentrated standardised LI 156 extract of Valerian (valeriana officinalis radix) equivalent to up to 1800mg of the fresh root.
DO NOT USE DURING PREGNANCY
