Generations of Africans have traditionally made preparations for consumption and application from the roots, bark and fruit of the Kigelia Africana tree (often called the sausage tree because the fruit hangs from branches and resembles sausages). The tree fruit extract has been incorporated into a range of skincare products which are particularly soothing for very dry skin areas. Ideal for eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and other irritating skin conditions.
