CLA and Green Tea extract work together to maintain a healthy muscle/fat tissue balance within the body by promoting mobilisation of body fat, while maintaining or increasing muscle mass. Green Tea extract inhibits absorption of fat from the intestinal tract, activates fat-burning mechanisms in the body and increases energy expenditure.

It also contains powerful antioxidant substances which neutralise the effects of damaging free radicals

CLA inhibits fat absorption from the body, helping muscle cells convert fat into energy. This process is best achieved in conjunction with exercise and a healthy diet.

Directions:

2 capsules 3 times per day, with food, or as directed by a physician.
