Lecithin is a fatty substance found in many foods and also manufactured in the body. It is a good source of choline a B vitamin and both nutrients help the liver and gall bladder to deal with fat and cholesterol.

Ingredients: Fortified Lecithin, Capsules Shell (Gelatine & Glycerin), Each capsule provides on average 1200mg of a Super Strength Lecithin that has a minimum Phosphatidyl Choline content of 35%
