The Redbush plant (Rooibos in Afrikaans) grows under the sun drenched Western Cape of South Africa. It is naturally caffeine free, and has an extraordinarily refreshing tea-like taste, which means you can drink it with or without milk.

The Redbush leaves are harvested annually from January to May and are aired and left to ferment before being dried in the sun, sorted and graded. There are 3 grades of Redbush available; Classic, Superior and Fine Cut. Twinings exclusively use the best quality Redbush in the market - the Classic Grade, which includes only the top of the youngest shoots, producing the brightest rich amber liquor and the most flavoursome taste

Brewing Instructions:

Twinings Redbush should be brewed just like your regular tea. For the perfect cup, bring freshly-drawn cold water to the boil, pour onto the teabag and allow to infuse for 3-5 minutes. Just as with tea, drink k with or without milk and add sugar to taste
