The easy way to make a rich flavoured sauce

A blend of dried cereals and vegetables

Ingredients:

Brown rice flour, cornstarch (non-GM), hydrolysed vegetable protein (non-GM), extract of roasted barley malt (gluten-free), powdered onion, sea salt, ground pepper

Carbohydrate 6.0g of which sugars 0.3g

Fat 0.1g of which saturates nil,

Fibre 0.2g

How to use:

Use 3 or 4 heaped teaspoons of Vegetable Gravy Sauce Mix to 300ml of cold water.

Add a little of the cold water to the mix and stir to give a smooth paste.

Slowly add the remainder of the water to the paste.

Transfer to a saucepan and bring to the boil over a medium heat stirring continuously.

Remove from the heat and serve.
