Directions:

Shake the bottle vigorously. Take 25ml (providing 2000mg of royal jelly) per day with breakfast or lunch. For maintenance, take 12.5ml (providing 1000mg of royal jelly) per day. May be diluted in water or fruit juice. The daily intake should be continued without interruption until the bottle is finished.

Royal Jelly is not recommended for asthma sufferers or anyone with allergies to beehive products.
