Overview

Life Mel Honey 120g

A recent hospital study has shown that Life Mel Honey can, in some patients, have a positive effect in increasing counts for red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets in the blood, and thus may be beneficial for people with reduced immunity

Life Mel is the result of over thirty years’ research and has been specially developed to provide the recognised nutritional benefits of honey enhanced by feeding the bees with selected herbs.

Life Mel is made by honey bees fed on a specially formulated diet which includes selected herbs such as Siberian Ginseng, Echinacea and Uncaria Tomentosa.

Siberian Ginseng has traditionally been used as a tonic, whilst Echinacea is a traditional herbal remedy and well regarded for its ability to help support the immune system. Uncaria Tomentosa is believed to have antioxidant properties and has also been traditionally used to benefit the immune system.

Life Mel is not artificially treated in any way and no ingredients are added after extraction from the hive.

Life Mel has been used in a published hospital trial, with good results. Further studies are in progress and planned to give a greater understanding of the effects of Life-Mel

Recommended use: Two 5g teaspoonfuls a day: one in the morning on an empty stomach and one last thing at night. Life Mel should be sucked slowly.

Life Mel has a distinctive and pleasant aroma and flavour.
