Optima Manuka Gold Manuka & Propolis capsules contain Manuka Honey which is laboratory tested and guaranteed to contain a minimum 10% activity, known as UMF (Unique Manuka Factor) 10+. This is combined with Vitamin C, Zinc, Propolis (the ingredient produced by bees to repair their hives) and Elderberry.
