Flax is one of the richest sources of Omega-3 (alpha linolenic acid) essential fatty acids. Omega-3 EFA’s are widely believed to be essential for our general well-being – they can assist the body in cellular growth and help to maintain a healthy heart.

    

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: OF

Take one teaspoonful twice a day. The oil has a slightly nutty taste and can be taken either on its own or added to cereal, yoghurt or ice cream. Use cold to preserve properties as an alternative to vegetable or olive oil.

 

CAUTION:

Not suitable for children under 12 months.

 

NOTE:

Refrigerate after opening and use within 6 weeks.
