FSC Organic Flaxseed Oil 500ml

The flaxseeds in FSC Organic Flaxseed Oil are pressed at a very cold temperature, using a cold processing method which does not require the use of solvents.

 

Each 5ml dose provides:

 

Organic Flaxseed Oil 4.65g

Of which Alpha-linolenic acid 2.558g

Linoleic acid 0.691g

Oleic acid 0.983g

Palmitic acid 0.235g

Stearic acid 0.151 g

Directions:

Take one 5ml teaspoon twice a day, prefereably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose
