How to use Nasaleze

Before every application always shake the bottle
Initially practice once by squeezing the bottle to demonstrate a single puff. Gently blow nose, then insert the dispensing nozzle into your nostril and apply one single sharp squeeze to the bottle whilst inhaling through your nose. Repeat this procedure for your other nostril. One single sharp squeeze will provide the required amount per nostril.
