Power Health L-Carnitine 500mg - 30 Tablets

L-Carnitine is an amino acid which may help support the cardiovascular system.  It can help to support a healthy heart and may be of benefit to individuals who have 'weakened' hearts e.g sufferers of congestive heart failure (CGF)

L-Carnitine helps in the metabolism of long chain fatty acids in the energy cycle.

It is synthesised in the liver, brain and kidneys from the essential amino acids, Lysine and Methionine.  The body also needs Vitamin C, Iron, Niacin and Vitamin B6 to produce Carnitine.

L-Carnitine may also help conserve glycogen supplies in the muscles, increasing exercise tolerance.

Ingredients:

L-Carnitine-L-Tartrate, Bulking Agent: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Maize Starch, Anti- caking Agent: Magnesium Stearate (made from vegetable source stearic acid), Flow Agent: Silica

Each tablet contains on average 500mg of L-Carnitine.

Directions:

Take one or two tablets a day as a food supplement
