Easy Bake Gluten Free Bread!!!! The Orgran Gluten Free Bread Mix is a convenient and versatile bread mix, which has revolutionised the way gluten free bread tastes!! The Orgran Bread Mix does not contain dairy products or cane sugar and you do not need to use eggs to produce a full crusty loaf that you can slice, freeze, toast and enjoy in the same way as ordinary wheat based bread. INGREDIENTS: Maize starch, rice flour, raising agents: glucono felata lactone. sodium bicarbonate, dextrose from maize, emulsifier:monodiglyceride from vegetable: vegetable gums: carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, methylcellulose, sea salt.

HANDY TIPS:

• Microwave bread to freshen after refrigeration or storage
• For a fuller bodied loaf add 1 beaten egg (diet permitting) (adjust water accordingy by egg weight)
• For a lighter bread add 50g/ 1.7oz skim milk powder (diet permitting)
• To achieve more browning add 1 teaspoon of sugar
