To decaffeinate the tea, Clipper use a gentle process involving only water and high pressure carbon dioxide, rather than harmful solvents. This significantly reduces the already low levels of caffeine from the tea without impairing its flavour

 

Preparation

For the perfect cup of Clipper Decaffeinated Green China Tea, infuse one teabag per person for 1-3 minutes in freshly boiled, but not boiling water. Boiled water can scald green tea and impair the flavour. Serve without milk.
